By Andrea Aviet

White Sorrow

I am delighted to be supporting two linked events which are part of the annual Economic and Social Research Council’s Festival of Social Science.   The first event, hosted by Dr Kate Cook, of Manchester Law School, Manchester Metropolitan University, will feature an exhibition about coercive control.  Later the same afternoon, Maureen O'Hara, of Salford University will host an event on the new law.

Wednesday 9th November, 2.30pm at Salford University. To join us book here:

White Sorrow aims to inspire and motivate women (and men) to not live a life of domestic abuse. The book sales will also generate revenue, some of which will be donated to charities fighting domestic violence.

The author Andrea Aviet is also keen to support events raising awareness of domestic violence - if you are organising something that you think Andrea could help by speaking at, then please get in touch!

Welcome to White Sorrow's Website.

White Sorrow is NOW AVAILABLE TO BUY on a number of online platforms including Amazon for a paperback copy around the world, Kindle download, on websites and soon to be in book stores around the UK. Now available on Ebay - the first 100 copies signed by Andrea!

Domestic violence is a crime. No woman should have to live in fear of her partner. If you think you may be experiencing domestic violence, you are not alone. Visit refuge.org.uk or 1in4women.com for support
